Krystal Davey embarked on her professional journey at Bothwell-Accurate in 2010, focusing on the solar and green roofing sector. Throughout her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in aiding senior management in strategic planning, communications, compliance, and process enhancement.  Krystal supervises numerous daily operations within the company, striving to maintain smooth and effective workflows.

Manuel Figueiredo has dedicated 37 years to Bothwell Accurate, demonstrating a remarkable career trajectory from the ground up. Starting with 15 years in the field, Manuel gained invaluable hands-on experience before transitioning to the office for the past 22 years. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in managing some of the most challenging and high-profile projects in Southern Ontario. As the head of the roofing department, Manuel oversees a team of over 200 staff, ensuring excellence and quality in every project. His journey from the field to the office exemplifies dedication and a deep understanding of the industry

Elizabeth Victory joined Bothwell-Accurate in March 2016 as Controller and swiftly ascended to the role of Vice President in May 2020. With over 20 years of experience in senior financial roles, including 17 years in the construction industry, Elizabeth brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Before entering the construction industry, she held various financial managerial roles in transportation and material handling.

Elizabeth is “dedicated to embracing a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking innovative solutions to enhance processes and services.”

With over 13 years of dedicated service at Bothwell-Accurate, Ravi Khatri has had a dynamic evolution of roles within the waterproofing department. From Junior estimator to Estimating Manager and all the stops in between.

Ravi holds a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University, which has provided a solid foundation for his expertise in water management solutions.

Ravi aims to “establish Bothwell as the benchmark for excellence in water management solutions by prioritizing innovation, reliability, and sustainability.”

Ian Butler boasts an impressive 32 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, having worked extensively across Europe, Africa, and North America. His comprehensive educational background includes an OND in Engineering Technology, an HNC in Metallurgy, and a BSc in Engineering Management.

Ian’s vision for Glazing “focuses on the integration and rapid growth of a well-established, highly experienced team of individuals. By fostering diversity, innovation, and expanding the architectural footprint, Ian aims to lead Bothwell-Accurate towards enduring success for decades to come.”

Brian has an impressive 27 years of industry experience in the building envelope sector. Spanning from Ontario throughout the Prairies and the lower mainland of British Columbia.

Brian began his career as a laborer on the roof, progressing to roles such as superintendent, project manager, estimator, General Manager and most recently, Vice President of Estimating. This extensive experience provides Brian with comprehensive insight into all aspects of a project.

Brian takes pride in “fostering relationships that are built on trust and integrity, with a level of dedication that exceeds our clients’ expectations.” 

Steve began his glazing career over 30 years ago in Northern BC and since then has been instrumental in completing some of Vancouver’s most complicated glass projects. He has worked in all aspects of Glazing production from journeyman through to Management, garnering him an exceptional level of understanding of both product and craft. With a deep commitment to quality, Steve’s priority is to continue to provide the finest possible deliverable to clients.

As Steve takes on this new Leadership role, he is “excited to be a pivotal part in building a Nation Wide full envelope team.”

With a robust career spanning over 40 years Jeffrey has extensive experience in property development, construction, and glazing systems. His leadership in his previous industry roles have honed his expertise in managing large-scale projects, building envelope solutions, and operational support. Jeffrey’s commitment to excellence and integrity is evident through his contributions to numerous high-profile projects and his active involvement in industry associations.

His goal is to lead his team “in providing exceptional build management and quality, through uncompromised honesty and integrity.”
